Google unveils new mart watch, Android Wear.

Google unveiled their new smart watch, the Android Wear today, which brings Google Now on your wrist!

Like Google Now for smartphones, it will give you information like traffic, sports scores and any upcoming events you may have. You will also be able to trigger voice commands without even touching your Android Wear, just say "OK Google" and the Android Wear will instantly start listening for your command. This gives you the ability to send or reply to a text, searching Google for the best restaurant in the area, or creating events to your calendar!

The Android Wear's default screen is a scaled-down version of the Google Now in smartphones and tablets. When you turn it on, you are greeted with the time and weather, but a quick swipe can show you things like the detailed forecast, events or messages.

Google is also opening up Android Wear to third-party developers, who will be able to use the Android Wear functionality to smartphone apps, allowing the user to use both the Android Wear and the smartphone to do various tasks, and send information from one device to the other.
