Duct tape, our best friend for fixing objects around the house.. Contesting duct tape is a new product that is claimed to be 100 times stronger then our matte-silver friend. FiberFix, a tape impregnated with a resin that reportedly "hardens like steel".
FiberFix is an easy to use tape, that takes three steps to prepare.
Step 1: Take out the FiberFix, and put on gloves.
Step 2: Emerge FiberFix in a bowl of water for 5-10 seconds.
Step 3: Wring out the excess water and wrap tightly over the broken object, and wait 15-20min for it to dry.
Easy!
FiberFix is sold in individual lengths, which must be used at once as water vapour in the air will cause unused sections to harden, once the package is unsealed. Prices range from $5.99 USD for a 2.5 x 102 cm strip, to $9.99 USD for a 10 x 152xm piece.
